Every year, Scion brings a slew of modified Scions to the Chicago Auto Show. At the 2009 show, Mark Arcenal’s Scion tC was on display. His wide-body tC was one of the most radical tCs I have ever laid eyes on.
The custom paint is the first thing that catches your eye. The paint is Custom Autumn Copper (from Spies Hecke) really makes all of this car’s details stand out. The body kit on this car is the B-Magic and the spoiler is from Origin DTM. Garage Inc. in Burlingame, CA gets the credit for puting this all together.
The wide fenders of the Fatlace tC are filled out by color-matched Rays RE30 wheels. The 18×9.5 wheels are wrapped in a set of 245/40/18 Toyo tires. The TRD supercharger strapped to the engine probably gives those front tires quite a workout.
This car has the paint and body kit of a show car, but the four-piston brakes and Sparco 2 Circuit Pro Seats look like they’re from a race car. This car was actually intended for the street though. This tC will probably continue doing car shows this year though.
