This is one of my favorite pieces of public art on the south side. Gary Keenan created “Transformation" as part of the Chicago Tree Project.The project is a collaboration of the Chicago Park District and Chicago Sculpture International to create art from dying trees. The sculpture of this Green Lady is located at 59th and Stony Island.
