This was the 22nd Annual Ferrari Festival at The Italian Village in Chicago. Every year, this block in downtown Chicago is blocked off and filled with Ferraris. For 2019, there was rain, but many cars were still there. There was no F40 or F50, but I really loved the pair of Ferrari 488 Pistas.
It's common to see a line of red Ferraris at the Ferrari Fest, but there were also some nice yellows and blues in the mix. These events are usually backed with mid-engine V8 cars (ex: 360 Modena, F430, 458 Italia), but the traditional Ferrari setup is a front-engine V12. There were a couple of 550 Maranellos that showed up. Those big V12 cars are more expensive than your average Ferrari, but I've noticed that they usually get driven a lot more by people that buy them. Those big GT cars are nice, but this event made it clear that a stock Testarossa looks better than a modified F12berlinetta.
