This was my second trip to Battle of the Imports at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet. These quarter mile races are one of the few times I get to see these modified imports going flatout. There were plenty of Supras at the event, as well as a few RX-7s. While walking around, I saw a few very nice cars that were not doing drags.

It was fun to see all the cars that traveled here for Battle of the Imports, but our view of the dragstrips was not great. You really have to be on the strip to see the cars.
