Last week there was a cruise around Chicagoland for Audi and Volkswagen owners. Most participants were members of VWVortex or Audizine. The day started with a meet in a Hooters parking lot in Schaumburg. There were some very nice Audis that showed up. Two of the ones that stood out the most to me were a silver Audi A4 and a blue Audi A3. Volkswagens made up most of the cars there and they ranged from older VWs to the newer ones. There were also a few unexpected cars that showed up. This Toyota Supra is a good example.

After waiting for late comers we headed off for Chicago. We went East to Chicago and then took Lower Wacker to Lake Shore Drive.

After leaving Chicago we went north to Dawes Park in Evanston. That was the last stop for me because I was getting tired, but it was lots of fun.
