These pictures were taken at the D1 Grand Prix Round 3. The car show was packed with RWD Japanese cars, but there was much more. Scions and Hondas were plentiful even though most were FWD. The drifting was some of the most amazing that I had seen. The guys at D1GP did a good job of making due with the Soldier Field parking lot that was used. Drifting events around Chicago are rear, so it was nice to see some cars sliding around so close to downtown.
